Hi, I'm Aly. I've been an esthetician since 2013, and after more than a decade in this industry, the part I love most hasn't changed: helping people feel better in their own skin. I'm a Certified Acne Specialist with extensive additional training and certifications across esthetics and beauty. Whether we're working toward healthier skin, creating a beauty routine that makes you feel more confident, or simply giving you an hour where you don't have to take care of anyone but yourself, my goal is always to provide thoughtful, personalized care. I believe results and relaxation can exist in the same room. I've created Esthetics by Aly to feel elevated and luxurious without ever feeling intimidating. There are no judgments here. You don't need perfect skin, perfect brows, or a perfect routine before you walk through my door. Come exactly as you are. Outside of the studio, life looks a little less polished. I'm a busy mom to three girls, a Michigan girl with Midwestern roots, and happiest when I have a good book nearby or an entire day to disappear into the kitchen and make something from scratch. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. As a solo service provider, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute openings can be difficult to fill. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 35% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. I also understand that some circumstances are genuinely outside of your control. Emergencies, illness, severe weather, and unexpected situations happen, and I always do my best to approach those circumstances with understanding and compassion. Appointments arriving significantly late may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client's appointment. If there is not enough time remaining to safely and properly complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. Any applicable outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
